Refund policy

- If you believe that the contents of your package is damaged, contact us directly and if necessary we will replace the product and then we will engage the responsibility of the transporter. 
It is mandatory  to unpack the board in front of the transporter and visually check if everything is ok. And eventually make the reservations with the transporter.
We will not be able to cover this case if no reservations have been made.

- You have 14 days satisfied or refunded. You can send us back your order (at your own cost) only if nothing has been used, and we will refund your account.
